At Big Little Victories LLC we are dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based
services to children in their natural environment. Our goal is to support children in
reaching their communication and feeding milestones through family-centered care.

Molly Hulbert MS, CCC-SLP Owner

Molly specializes in in early language and feeding development for children from birth to 3 years. Molly has worked in Early Intervention for 7+ years, holds and Early Intervention Specialist and Evaluator credentials, and has experience providing home-, daycare-, and tele-based services to infants and toddlers throughout Chicago. Molly earned her bachelor’s degree in Linguistics from UNC Chapel Hill and master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from East Carolina University.

Molly's clinical interests include early language development, bottle/breastfeeding, starting solids, picky eating, and supporting parents through the many stages of early childhood development. Molly is passionate about giving parents practical, evidence-based information—without the overwhelm.

When Molly is not working with families you can find her spending time with her husband and daughter, planning their next hiking trip, and exploring Chicago restaurants.

Kendal Daul MS, CCC-SLP

Kendal is a speech-language pathologist with a passion for supporting children ages birth to three and their families as they work toward feeding and language milestones. Kendal earned her bachelor’s degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from the University of Minnesota, along with a certification in Autism Spectrum Disorder and a minor in neuroscience to promote a whole-child approach to therapy. Her master’s degree in Speech, Language, and Learning was completed at Northwestern University.

Throughout her career, she has provided speech, language, and feeding services in daycare centers, homes, and through telehealth. Overall, her goal is to partner with families to make functional impacts so that their children can thrive!

Maddie Vanderheid-Nye MS, CCC-SLP

Maddie is a Speech-Language Pathologist with a background in early intervention, private practice, educational, and medical settings. Maddie was born and raised in California, before making the move to Chicago, IL. Maddie completed her Master’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders from San José State University and my Bachelor’s in Linguistics and Spanish from the University of California, Davis.

Prior to her career as a speech-language pathologist, Maddie worked as a Registered Behavior Technician for children with autism. Maddie's current clinical interests are in promoting independence, articulation and phonological disorders, AAC, and early communication development. Her goal is to create a positive environment to promote learning, engaging sessions and caregiver education in everyday routines.

When Maddie is not working with families she enjoys spending time exploring Chicago!

Emily Kaiser MS, CCC-SLP

Hi! My name is Emily Kaiser, and I am a speech-language pathologist with experience across diverse settings, including early intervention and private practice. My clinical work spans phonological and articulation disorders, language delays and disorders, fluency, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, and pragmatic communication challenges. I take a child-centered approach to therapy, emphasizing the importance of caregiver involvement to support meaningful progress and help each child reach their full potential.

Kate Shereck MS, CF-SLP

Kate has clinical experience working with children across a variety of settings and communication needs, including: speech sound disorders, receptive and expressive language development, literacy, early intervention, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from Saint Mary’s College of Notre Dame and a Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from Midwestern University.

Kate loves making therapy fun and meaningful by tailoring activities to each child’s unique interests, strengths, and needs. As a clinician, Kate strives to create a collaborative and family-centered approach to support communication skills across everyday environments.

Outside of work, Kate enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and baking.

Allie O'Connell MS, CF-SLP

Allie earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and her Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Lewis University. She has experience working with a wide range of clients in early intervention, outpatient settings, schools, and through telehealth services.

Allie’s clinical interests include early language development, pediatric feeding and swallowing, AAC, expressive and receptive language, and articulation and phonology. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships with both her clients and their families, as she believes these connections are essential to supporting each child's growth and progress.

Outside of work, Allie enjoys reading, going to concerts, pottery, and spending time with friends.
